What are the steps for becoming a Talent agent?
Recently ive been trying to choose a career path that i would like to work towards. Talent management seems to be a good choice. Im a decent writer, I know alot about movies and Music and I tend to be very convincing. what is the process for getting into this field. Im studying marketing at the moment. Should i go for a masters or intern at an agency. any help would be great.
I think they are often times failed musicians who know the profession by being in it so long.
